As far as ordering and delivery of the product goes, every thing was great. I had used this product a couple of years ago to fix a minor hole that developed under water in my gunite pool and it had worked great. I let the two packets I ordered sit for a week or two in the shipping carton before using them to repair a section of the pool close to the water level. I noticed then that the package sealing the two different color epoxy was partially open. While the mix was a lot harder in consistency and more difficult to mix, I was still able to work it into a uniform gray color putty and apply to the area of concern. The repair was successful. I would advise every one to check their packets to make sure that they are tightly sealed when they receive them.
